Terms.

• Publish a card listing the AI tools you run, ranked. Anonymous cards stay editable from your browser for 24 hours, then lock.
• Browse and share anyone's public card or stack page. The URL is yours to pass around; the content of the card is theirs.
• Request tools for the catalog. Submissions are moderated by hand and rate-limited per person.

• Publish a card under a display name or handle that impersonates someone else — a real person, company, or project. Impersonation cards are deleted on report, and the offending account or fingerprint may be blocked.
• Publish content that is harassing, hateful, threatening, sexually explicit, illegal in India or the US, or designed to defraud. Same enforcement: delete and block.
• Scrape the card index in bulk for resale, or train models on user-submitted notes.
• Send automated traffic that exceeds our rate limits, or try to bypass them by rotating IPs.
• Probe the site for security issues without coordinating with us first — see Security below.

You keep ownership of the text you submit — display name, role, handle, notes. By publishing a card you grant us a non-exclusive worldwide license to display, cache, and distribute that content as part of stackd.cc — on cards, stack pages, the leaderboard, and link previews — until you delete it.

The tool catalog (names, categories, brand colors, icons) is curated by us, partly under fair use of public marks. If you represent a listed tool and want changes, email stackdcc@proton.me.

• We may remove any card or suspend any account that violates these terms or draws legitimate abuse reports.
• We'll tell you why when we can reach you, and you can appeal to stackdcc@proton.me.
• If your cards are removed for abuse, the combos they belonged to keep their pooled stats — only your cards disappear from public surfaces.

stackd.cc is provided as-is. We don't guarantee uptime, data persistence, or that any particular card or handle will remain available. Don't treat stackd.cc as your only copy of anything important.

We are not liable for any loss arising from your use of the site beyond the amount you have paid us — currently zero. That includes data loss, lost revenue, or harm caused by someone else's card.

Found a vulnerability? Email stackdcc@proton.me with a clear write-up and a reproduction. We aim to respond within 48 hours. Please don't exploit it or publish before we've had a reasonable chance to fix it.

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes will be handled in the courts of Bangalore.

We update the date at the top when anything material changes. Significant changes will be announced on the site before they take effect.
